The TSA Can’t Even Screen Their Own Employees

The last few times I have flown have not been pleasant experiences, thanks to the TSA!  I was told I was selected for additional screening like I had won the lottery.  I didn’t do anything to warrant this extra screening.  Nothing was detected in my luggage or on my person and I don’t look like…

House Minority Leader Boehner wipes tears as colleague Johnson speaks about his prisoner-of-war status in Washington

With the sweeping 2010 victory in the House, there was some glimmer of hope that Congress would try to get its fiscal house in order, especially with the pledge from Republicans to cut $100 billion in discretionary spending. However, like a reverse auction the amount went from $100 billion to $61 billion to $38.5 billion,…

If you’re part of a union, the collective bargaining agreement may be tying your employer’s hands. Have you ever wondered why the guy in the cubicle next door gets paid the same as you for lower quality work?   On Wednesday, the House will vote on reauthorization of a corporate welfare slush fund known as the Export-Import Bank.  The bill, H.R. 2072, would expand Ex-Im’s borrowing authority from $100 billion to $140 billion, potentially putting taxpayers on the hook for the full amount. Historically, Ex-Im loans have overwhelmingly benefited one company: Boeing.  Boeing…

Bank of (anti) America

One day I expect to look in the dictionary and find Bank of America listed under Crony Capitalism. This is a company that posted quarterly loss after loss when the government bailed them out. This banking giant, despite the fact that they had just received a $25 billion dollar bail out, agreed to purchase Merrill…

Whats a girl supposed to look like …?

I’m a girl and I own guns! In fact, I own several. Guns are the ultimate accessories. Every morning I make a decision of which gun I will carry that will go with what I’m wearing. This is so surprising to people. I recently decided to go to a local store to buy another, um…

Andrew Breitbart was many things to many people.  For some, he was a fearless voice who stood up for truth in media.  For others, he was an inspiration for them to make their voices be heard.  And for others, he was a tireless advocate against government corruption.

Andrew was a friend to the Tea Party movement.  He spoke at numerous events.  One thing is sure, there will most likely not be another Andrew Breitbart any time soon!  But there are many who he inspired who do not want his message to be forgotten.  Here is a video tribute to Andrew and his undying spirit:
